I finally think I’m over my cold – hooray! This means it’s time to get back to business. And by that, I mean morning workouts. It has been easy to keep up with yoga, as there are so many options for when you are not feeling well. But that’s not the case with strength and cardio. This past week has been a time of rest in the morning and I do not regret that.
To get back into workout mode, I rely on one of my absolute favorite YouTube channels: JessicaSmithTV. And since I’m just trying to get back into my normal workout routine after being sick, I’m keeping it simple by using Jessica’s #FITIN15 challenge workouts. These are a wonderful, quick way to get into the exercise habit. I started off yesterday with the Jump Start Cardio 15-Minute Fat Burning Fitness workout and worked on strength this morning with her Body Weight Basics. I think by Monday I will be ready to kick it up a notch and get back into my regularly scheduled workouts.
